for Pakistan Players

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player") and luky8 ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the luky8 website at luky8.onl and all related services, including Sports betting, Live Casino, Game Lobby, Fish Games, Bingo and the VIP programme.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on luky8, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing luky8 from Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in PKR — Pakistani Rupees. luky8 is an entertainment platform and does not represent or imply any government licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement by any Pakistan authority.

2Eligibility

To use luky8 you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. luky8 does not allow access to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from luky8.
• You must not be acting in any professional or commercial capacity that involves using the platform to generate income for others.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

luky8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source after verification.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on luky8. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid contact number and a working email address during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity carried out under your account — whether by you or by another person using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat.
• Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances voided.
• luky8 may request identity verification documents (CNIC copy, utility bill, payment proof) before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary to comply with internal verification procedures.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on luky8 are conducted in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash mobile wallet — instant deposits and withdrawals to registered JazzCash numbers.
• Easypaisa mobile wallet — deposits and withdrawals processed through your Easypaisa account.
• Raast instant bank transfer — available for transfers between participating Pakistani banks.
• Bank transfer — standard interbank transfers to and from your personal bank account.
• Debit and credit cards — accepted from major card networks where supported.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. luky8 does not charge platform-side fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically fastest, while bank transfers may take additional working days depending on your bank.

luky8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure to protect your account. Verification requests will be communicated promptly and the process is kept as straightforward as possible.

5Bonuses & Promotions

luky8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before withdrawal is available. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the time of each offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, Live Casino, Game Lobby slots, Fish Games and Bingo may each contribute at different rates toward clearing a wagering requirement. Full contribution rates are detailed on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one redemption per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• luky8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in will be notified of material changes where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting to exploit bonus mechanics, or patterns of low-risk wagering designed specifically to clear bonuses — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

6Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all Sports betting activity on luky8, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other markets offered on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• Bets placed on markets that are suspended or unavailable at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.
• In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. luky8 accepts no liability for any discrepancy between displayed odds and final settlement where a bet is placed during a temporary display delay.
• Cricket match results — including PSL fixtures and international T20 matches — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Matches abandoned due to weather or other circumstances will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and will be displayed within the bet slip.
• luky8 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination bet at its discretion. The platform also reserves the right to void bets where it reasonably believes an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Esports markets on CS2, Valorant, Dota 2 and other supported titles follow the same general settlement rules, with results confirmed based on official match records from the respective tournament organiser.

7Casino & Game Rules

These rules apply to all games available in the Live Casino, Game Lobby, Fish Games and Bingo sections of luky8.

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of Live Casino, physical equipment operated by professional dealers in controlled studio environments. Results are not influenced by the platform or any player action beyond normal gameplay.
• Game malfunctions — including software errors, disconnections mid-game or table technical faults — void all affected rounds. Stakes placed in a voided round are returned to the player's balance.
• In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino table game, the round will be settled according to the game outcome that occurred, provided the game was already in progress and no technical fault is confirmed. If a fault is confirmed, the round is voided.
• Fish Games operate on a real-time shooting mechanic. Outcomes depend on the in-game values assigned to each target and the ammunition used. PKR values for each target type and multiplier are displayed within the game interface.
• Bingo results are drawn randomly. Cards purchased for a round remain valid for that round only and cannot be carried over.
• Maximum win caps may apply to individual game titles. These are displayed within each game's information panel before play begins.

8VIP Programme

The luky8 VIP programme rewards regular players through five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Points are earned automatically on every PKR wagered across all sections of the platform.

• VIP points and tier status are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or inherited by any other person or account.
• Tier progression is based on cumulative points earned within a given period. Tier benefits are applied once the threshold for that tier is reached and confirmed.
• Downgrade policies apply if activity levels fall below the maintenance threshold for a current tier within the review period. Players will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• Weekly reload bonuses and cashback offers distributed through the VIP programme are subject to the general bonus terms outlined in Section 5.
• Enhanced odds offers during PSL season and cricket tournaments are subject to availability and are provided at luky8's discretion. They do not constitute a guaranteed ongoing entitlement.
• luky8 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, point values, tier thresholds and benefit list at any time. Players at affected tiers will be informed of material changes.

9Responsible Gaming

luky8 treats responsible gaming as a genuine priority. The platform provides a set of practical tools that are accessible to every player through their account settings at any time, free of charge.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR ceiling on how much can be deposited. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets or you manually raise the limit after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — receive an alert after a defined period of continuous play to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion — take a full break from luky8 for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is applied immediately with no waiting period. During exclusion, no deposits or betting activity are possible.
• Budget guidance — we recommend setting a personal entertainment budget for luky8 that you are comfortable treating as a leisure expense, the same way you would budget for any other form of entertainment.

10Account Suspension & Closure

luky8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where:

• A player is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Duplicate accounts are detected for the same individual.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any form of collusion is suspected or confirmed.
• A player is found to be under the age of 18.
• Unusual betting patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play are identified, suggesting automated betting tools, arbitrage activity or similar practices that are not permitted.
• The platform determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the service or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. luky8 will communicate the outcome to the player as promptly as possible. Where a closure is for cause, deposited funds that are not subject to bonus conditions or fraud investigation may be returned to the original payment source after review.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for any reason — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly.

11Privacy & Data

luky8 collects and processes personal information provided during registration and account use solely for the purpose of operating the platform, processing transactions and communicating with players about their accounts and relevant promotions.

• You may request correction of inaccurate personal data through your account settings or via support.

12Limitation of Liability

luky8 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, the platform cannot guarantee that the website will always be free from technical issues, downtime or errors.

• luky8 is not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, disconnections, or delays outside our direct control.
• The platform is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity or financial loss, arising from use of the service.
• Maximum liability in any dispute relating to a specific transaction is limited to the value of the stake or deposit in question.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Betting and gaming carry financial risk. By using luky8 you acknowledge that you may lose PKR wagered and accept that this is a known and accepted risk of participation in online gaming and sports betting.

13Changes to These Terms

luky8 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of luky8 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure if required.
